Donation Policy

How Donations Work

Donations are accepted exclusively via UPI (Unified Payments Interface). We do not use any payment gateway, which means zero processing fees are deducted from your donation.

Donation Process

You make a UPI payment to our published UPI ID, then submit your UTR (transaction reference number) through our form along with your contact details. We verify your payment against our bank records within 24-48 hours.

Consolidation & Transfer

Verified donations are pooled together and transferred to our verified partner organisations via international wire transfer or other verified channels. The platform operator covers all forex conversion costs and international transfer fees.

Donation Categories

You may specify your donation type (Zakat, Sadaqah, Interest Disposal, Aqeeqah, Qurbani, or General). We communicate these categorisations to our partners to ensure funds are directed appropriately.

Tax Receipts

We are not currently able to issue tax deduction certificates (80G or equivalent). If tax benefits are important to you, we recommend donating directly to our partner organisations who may issue their own receipts.

Anonymous Donations

You may choose to make your donation anonymous. Anonymous donations are not displayed with your name in any public records. However, your contact details are still stored for verification and communication purposes.

Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum donation is ₹50. The maximum single donation is ₹5,00,000. These limits may vary by cause.
