Doha: The Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani in a telephone call yesterday exchanged greetings on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan with the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia.
The Emir also in telephone calls yesterday exchanged Ramadan greetings with King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein of Jordan and President Omar Hassan Ahmed Al Bashir of Sudan. The Emir also exchanged cables of greetings with leaders of Arab and Islamic countries on the advent of Ramadan. The Heir Apparent H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has also exchanged Ramadan greetings with crown princes of the Arab and Islamic countries.
The Prime Minister and Foreign Minister H E Sheikh Hamad bin Jassem bin Jabor Al Thani has also exchanged cables of congratulations with heads of Arab and Islamic governments on the advent of Ramadan.
