Israeli Army Colonel Commits Suicide!

Israeli daily Yedihot Ahronot said on Wednesday that a colonel with the Israeli enemy's army was found dead in a forest in the occupied territories Saturday, after taking his own life.

His body was found by a cyclist riding the trails near kibbutz Mishmar HaEmek. He informed emergency services, who immediately dispatched police and Israeli security forces to the area.

According to the Israeli daily, the officer was pronounced dead on the scene.

According to initial details, the officer, who was currently on study leave, served in high-ranking positions in the Intelligence Corps, and was previously stationed in both the Southern and Northern commands.
