An international convention will going to be held in Kabul, the capital city of Afghanistan on 20th of come July, the convention is to demonstrate support for present Afghanistan’s government against alleged war on terrorism.

Richard Holbrooke the US Special envoy for Afghanistan and Pakistan told media that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and other senior foreign officials will attend the convention, which follows up the London conference on Afghanistan in January.

He also said that the conference is a mark of affirmation of International support for the government. US deployed Afghan President Hamid Karzai would visit Washington from May 10 to 13, he also confirmed.

The London conference claimed assurance of international support for Karzai’s plan to reintegrate moderate Taliban fighters by creating jobs that would allow them to begin new way of life.
